unable to get latest code from the NWDI track into local drive

Dear All,

My requirement is,  i am unable to download the latest code from the NWDI track into local drive.

The following is the error message displayed after i clicked on the Sync Inactive sources from the Development Infrastructure.

Ping on server 'http://server:xxxxx/dtr/' returned: 407 Proxy Authentication Required

Currently the problem i am facing is unable to logon into DTR.

From NWDS---> switched to DTR perrspective---->selected the Repository Browser-----> right clicked the ctrl to logon-----> logon option is disabled.

Please suggest the way forward.
