NWDI 7.3 error : DIImport_ProcessException: Error during repository import: Creation of PropagationList failed [cause: CONFLICT [(pre||post)-condition failed: x:concurrency-lock-denied]]

We are using NWDI 7.3 in cm services mode.

Currently we are facing to difficulties to import the SAP-WEC sources (with Import Sources overwriting modifications).

The import aborted with error :

DIImport_ProcessException: Error during repository import: Creation of PropagationList failed [cause: CONFLICT [(pre||post)-condition failed: x:concurrency-lock-denied]]

I have used the pp dtr command line to unlocked, but still the same.

Initially the SAP-WEC was not marked as to be developped in the development definition. Our developer have wanted access to sources.

So this file was first imported with option "import archive" and the importation worked fine.

But now with "with Import Sources overwriting modifications" option we have always the error.

We have tried to destroyed the buildspace but we have to restore it from a backup archive. We could not save the modification in order to create it.

Does anyone have an idea ?
